- 1920 Emilio felicetti takes the reins of the company that produces, with 12h per day of work by hand about 10-12 quintals of pasta a day

- 1945 Serious fire in the factory destroying the plant

- 1946 Reopen of the Felicetti's factory

- 1956 First exports of pasta to Austria

- 1974 The Rovereto pasta factory is purchased and the machinery is transported to Felicetti's factory

- 2004 "Monograni Felicetti" born to meet the most demanding consumers and catering professionals with lines of specific and organic grains

- 2005 Organic certification
